Shipping Policy AU

All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11 AM AEST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning. You may not receive any updates or tracking info until your order is processed and the freight company has had sufficient time to upload your tracking info into their respective system.

Please note that this AU web store is designated for domestic orders only. International orders must be placed on the ammonyc.com website.

At that time, you will receive an automated shipping notification with tracking.

*Please note that these are estimates and aren't guaranteed, we will not be able to reimburse shipping costs for packages that miss the estimated delivery date, nor do we refund shipping costs for returned items. RETURNS

Return for Refund –If you would like to return for a refund, we can provide refunds to the original purchaser only, within 30 days of the purchase date. All refunds are less any shipping costs paid on the original order. Only unused "like-new" products are accepted for return.

Exchange/Return for Store Credit –If you would like to Exchange an AMMO product, we can provide a store credit, within 30 days of the purchase date. Store credits are less any shipping costs paid on the original order.

Gift Return/Exchange –If you received an AMMO product as a gift, we are happy to accept exchanges for store credit within 30 days of the purchase date (refunds may only be issued to the original purchaser.) We do not contact the original purchaser. If the order number is not available, please provide the name of the purchaser (proof of purchase on AMMONYC.au is required to process gift exchanges/returns).

* Apparel - Returns on T-Shirts and other apparel are accepted ONLY if returned in unwashed and unworn condition *
